unusual vaginal discharge

Vaginal discharge …. what could it be? (Please help out of 5 stars the better)?
Ok so I've noticed lately that I have some vaginal discharge unusual. Tends to be whitish color (maybe a VERY slight yellow tint) and is slightly thick consistency (almost like cottage cheese.) Got a bit of smell to it, a kind of fishy-French fry. However, i really do not notice any burning or itching or discomfort. Recently use of some antibiotics because I was sick. However, a few months ago also had a change of sexual partners and not using a condom, (I do not see any longer). Im worry about this ….
With her has an odor that bothers me is some kind of pelvic infection, or something. You do not have itching or burning some of them. I think if you stay in the next week you should make an appointment with your gynecologist. Because if anything, then you definitely need to seek treatment for it.
