vaginal discharge? smell? Help?

I have a kind of white clumpy vaginal dicharged. has no irritation or itching, so it is not yeast infection. lots of people suggested odor as a symptom of other diseases of the vagina, but only smells, the vagina? know what I mean? Help? Is there something wrong with me?

Glands within the vagina to a girl / woman 's the cervix that small amounts of liquid. This fluid flows out of the vagina each day, carrying out old cells that have lined the vagina. This is how your body keeps your vagina healthy and clean. Flow is usually clear or milky and does not smell. The color and thickness of the discharge change with your monthly cycle. The discharge is thicker when you ovulate (when one of your ovaries releases an egg), when a woman is breastfeeding or when a woman is sexually aroused. Changes that may indicate a problem include an increase in the amount of flow, a change in color or smell of the discharge and irritation, itching or burning in or around your vagina. This is called vaginitis. A discharge that's stained with blood when you are menstruating may also be a sign of a problem. Some other types of infections such as candidiasis, bacterial vaginosis and trichomoniasis also can cause shock, often accompanied by odor such as beer / yeast / fish. I would recommend that if you have any of these symptoms or any concerns regarding this, consult your doctor for proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment if you have anything other than a normal vaginal discharge. Good luck:)
