vaginal pain discharge
Cloudy urine, very slight cystitis-like pain, and more vaginal discharge?

Any ideas? It is very unlikely to be an STI as I had a sexual health checkup (full apart from blood test) in October, and another (swab only) at the beginning of December. I have not recently changed sexual partners either.

What other reasons could there be for these symptoms, excluding sexually transmitted ones?

Well, the cloudy urine could be caused by a change in your diet or how much liquids you’re consuming, such as more coffee or soda instead of water.

The pain and the discharge could be a yeast infection which women can develop all on their own without getting it from a partner. A yeast infection is not a STI until it’s transferred to men, which they can have yeast infections. Could also just be a bacterial infection that’s caused by an imbalance that could be from overcleaning or douching.

If you had a clean bill of health from your Ob/Gyn, I wouldn’t worry too much, just watch your diet. If it gets really bad, I would suggest going back to your doctor and telling them your specific symptoms.
